hi everyone!
I am very excited to share that SCACD has just recently began selling the Make it Crafty line of products (including the latest adorable little fairies & sprites) and today we are joining Make it Crafty in their special 1 year anniversary celebrations – A BIG CHALLENGE!
There are FIVE categories that you can play along with and a winner for each category! There will also be random winners chosen throughout the month! All the details can be found at the challenge blog ‘Make it Colourful’.
***As a little special EXTRA, Zoe the owner of Make it Crafty has told me that I can choose FIVE very lucky commenter’s to win this special ‘Zoe All Excited’ digi stamp. Just leave your comments below and I will choose the winners on July 17th!***
***In addition Susana from SCACD is throwing in 2 packages of the fantastic laser cut chipboard pieces for THREE of the winners!***
The categories I have created my projects for are:
- Create a project using ONLY Make it Crafty Laser cut embellishments. NO IMAGES!
This is a quick little tag I created (you will see the rest of the project tomorrow)
I cut the tag using the Preserves Cricut cartridge for both layers. then i took a piece of Make It Crafty chipbooard and covered it with Lumiere gold paint. Next i smooshed it into my versamark pad and then brushed on some perfect pearls powder – heirloom gold, green patina and biscotti. I finished it off with a flower made using Viva Decor Crystal Gel & a first impressions mold with a bit of biscotti perfect pearls rubbed on top with my finger.
- create a project with Make it Crafty images and coloured with Blue, Mustard/Yellow and Brown (Make it Crafty Logo colours!)
The image is Make It Crafty – Summer Dreams. She is colored with Lyra Polycolor pencils. The paper is from the 6×6 paper pad My Minds Eye Stella Rose – Hattie. i made a double loop bow with the help of my bow easy and then added a few yellow roses.
We hope you will join us in the celebrations!!!
have a great sunday everyone!
Wonderful cards, great job.

You are really talented with those colored pencils! Good job!
I find blond hair really hard. Well done on the great combination, would love to know what colours you used.
