SC314: a little birdie told me…

helloooo how is everyone doing???? have you recovered from the holidays yet? i am nearly there!  Rolling right into CHA doesn’t help but i am not nearly as busy for this one as i was for the July show.  i AM busy making some stuff for the Viva Decor booth but i have them almost done!  i really like the new product they will be releasing!
my card today uses the Sketch from Splitcoast Stampers – a really good one this week!

Don’t put those Christmas papers away quite yet! my green patterned paper is from the Webster’s Pages Christmas set :). the gorgeous stripe is from Basic Grey’s Capella. i love the 6×6 size paper pads susana carries – it means i can have TONS of paper choices without breaking the bank OR overrunning my craft room!

I used one of the Maya Road Chipboard Swirls from the Decorative Scrolls 2010 set – i LOVE these! i inked it first and then painted it with this COOL new paint Susana got in – Glamour Dust Ultra Fine glitter paint – i used turquoise here. i added some of my FAVE flowers – Petaloo Velvet Hydrangeas in blues. I finished it off by adding some tiny light blue pearls down the side of my edge punching with a Viva Decor Pearl Pen.

my image is From The Vault at SCACD – Winter Friends by Elisabeth Bell. isn’t she just too cute?!?!? and oh how i wish i could lean down and feed a little bird right out of my hand! i colored her with Copics and then used white Sparkly Fluff – PERFECT for a nice furry effect!Susana has been VERY busy stocking the store with lots of fun new stuff and will be scouring all of the new releases beginning to appear for CHA at the end of the month! Make sure you stay up to date here on the blog so you don’t miss a THING!

have a fantastic weekend!!!
