CAS32: Happily Ever After

well thanks to DH taking friday off to help me get a grip i am feeling slightly better as far as my things to do list – instead of drowning i have my nose peaking out now!!

Pezzy loves to *help* momma, especially with cooking – this mostly involves me trying to cook while she stands on a chair and gets into everything her little fives can grab.  yesterday she wanted to help me make the salad – well you can see where the FIRST salad bowl i pulled out went:

this might have been more shocking and weird if her oldest brother had not spent his ENTIRE toddlerhood wearing a tupperware lettuce bowl on his head!  not occasionally….every…single…day….and i swear this one is him all over again anyway!

i even got a bit of playtime in this morning!  i LOVE the CLean  Simple challenge on SCS and it is just the thing when pressed for time!

This week we had to make a CAS wedding card.  i rarely make these as i rarely know anyone getting married it seems – most folks i know are already married.  but i knew right away what stamp set i would use – an old old studio G set that is one of my FAVES:

this card went together in nothing flat.  i embossed the side and then added 2 lines on either side with my scor pal.  i stamped the image and sentiment with studio g black metallic ink pad and edged the die cut with studio g red ink.  the dress is filled in with studio g crystal glitter from the LOL set and the tie is done with a spica glitter pen.  3 pezabling frosted teaberry acrylic squares finish it off!

and now back to work for me (cross your fingers i get a nap out of pezzy will ya??)

hugs!
